This agreement covers your use of Kusahab on an iPhone. By tapping Continue you accept it, together with the Privacy Policy.
Kusahab is a local tool that writes picture spans onto a fixed length tape shell. A shell has a capacity in ticks. A span takes ticks according to the rate you pick: SP takes three ticks a second, LP takes two, and EP takes one. A span is only written when it fits whole into the blank at the head. Lifting a span leaves its ticks blank, and later spans do not move.
Ferrite is a consumable in-app purchase. It is spent only when you confirm a dub onto a new shell, at one Ferrite per dub. Writing a span, parking the head, punching into an existing span, changing the spine, freezing the clock, saving one span into Photos, and sharing are free and do not spend anything. Ferrite has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be restored or refunded outside Apple's refund process.
Shells, spans, dubbed copies, and the balance live on this phone only. There is no account, no sync, and no server copy. If you delete the app or use Delete Account, that data is gone and cannot be recovered by us.
Kusahab is provided as is. A clip codec the phone cannot decode, a full storage volume, or a revoked permission can stop a span from being written. The app reports those cases instead of writing a partial span, but it cannot guarantee that a particular file will always be readable in the future.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost pictures, lost sound, lost Ferrite, or lost time arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
A later version of this agreement is published at this address with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the updated text.
